Clemen Chiang, Freely Business School 2

Another 122 people are going to the Small Claims Tribunal to sue Clemen Chiang after the Straits Times reported a few days ago about successful mass claims against him and his school for misrepresentation. This 2nd group of persons want refunds of between $3,500 to $15,000 which they had paid in seminar fees.

Since the Small Claims Tribunal can only award up to $10,000 in one claim, it is likely that those claiming more than this limit are willing to give up their claim for the remainder, and are using the tribunal in order to avoid expensive legal fees and complicated court procedures.

It is thought that the claims made against Chiang are the largest number filed against any party in the Tribunal.

  2. I truly share the sentiment of those (more than xxxxxxxx thousands ) that had their Hard-Earned Money (especially during the last 10 years) of Globalization where many experienced no-fault retrenchment or "shaky" jobs that had been "drawn" to join Fast-Track Success Mode via Options Trading.

    Lessons to be learned :

    1. No Quick Success Without Huge Unknown Risk
    2. Don't be too Gullible to Believe in Big Advertisement Claims
    3. Our Media Standards did not mandate Risk Declaration
    4. We need to strengthen our Consumer Protection Act
    5. Not all PhDs are of the same standards , especially those that were by issuers that do not have a world-class repute, as well as candidates been supervised by Faculty that were not Derivatives Experts

    6. Don't be ignorant. There is no easy money.Even Big Guys loss in Billions as you can see and hear in this Economic Crisis - largely due to over-leveraging the Derivative Markets

CC preached very dangerous techniques. Neuro-linguistic Programming and Ra Ra Music Don't work

Derivatives like Options trading need some time to absorb and a long time to master the Basics - at least two solid Full years .Best learn from those that started as far as 1973 from Chicago when Options Trading started.

Never learn from a Newbie like CC that literary transfer the Risk to the "Ignorant" Participants.

I think, EVERYONE SHOULD GO AND GET BACK THEIR HARD-EARNED MONEY!

Good Luck and God Bless! (You may read my comment at www.complaintsboard.com/freely business school

  4. Can people use this as a case to sue Kelvin Ong from Aristocare?

  5. yes, definitely.

looks like a case of fradulent misrepresentation (if the newspaper reports are true) - where he claimed to be a teacher from the Ministry of Education's Gifted Education Programme.

    Small Claims Tribunal anyone?
